What are your hours?
Both locations share the same hours: Tuesday–Thursday 1:00 PM–8:30 PM, Friday 1:00 PM–10:00 PM, Saturday 12:00 PM–10:00 PM, Sunday 12:00 PM–8:30 PM. Closed Monday. Hours may vary slightly by season, so check our website before visiting.
Do you offer samples before ordering?
Yes! We're happy to offer samples so you can find your perfect flavor, especially since our menu rotates frequently.
What flavors does Swanky Scoop offer?
Swanky Scoop offers a rotating menu of about 20 small-batch flavors, including both classic favorites and creative, chef-inspired combinations. Because we make ice cream in-house, our flavors change regularly, so there's always something new to try.
Do your flavors change daily or seasonally?
Both! Our flavors rotate frequently based on seasonality, creativity, and ingredient availability, so the selection you see in-store may differ from previous visits.

In addition to scoops, we offer: ice cream sandwiches, sundaes, soda floats, fresh waffle cones (including gluten-free options), and ice cream cakes, with decorating options available.
Do you offer dairy-free or vegan ice cream?
Yes! We offer a variety of dairy-free and vegan ice cream options every day, often 8 delicious, rotating choices.
Do you have gluten-free options?
Yes. We offer gluten-free ice cream options as well as gluten-free, vegan waffle cones so the entire family can enjoy a delicious ice cream cone.
How do you handle food allergies?
Swanky Scoop ice cream is intentionally designed to be allergy-aware. We churn our dairy and non-dairy bases separately on site, and keep all vegan flavors in a completely separate cooler case with their own dedicated allergy scoops, alongside clear ingredient information so guests can order with confidence. When a specific allergen or cross-contamination concern is flagged at the counter, our team will use fresh, sanitized utensils and open a brand new, untouched tub of ice cream from the back room to ensure maximum safety for families managing severe food restrictions.
Do you make custom ice cream cakes?
Yes! We create fresh-made, small-batch ice cream cakes on site for birthdays, celebrations, and special events. You can choose from our Signature Cake flavors, or a custom cake in one of three sizes: a Heart Cake (serving 2–4 people), a 6-inch cake (serving 6–8 people), or an 8-inch cake (serving 14–16 people). We offer gluten-free cake layer options and a variety of creative, beautiful decorating options, built with any combination of our rotating dairy or vegan ice cream flavors.
How far in advance should I order a cake?
We recommend ordering at least 4 days in advance to ensure availability and customization.
Can I choose any flavor for my cake?

Do you offer ice cream catering for events?
Yes! Swanky Scoop provides catering for: weddings, corporate events, school events, and private parties. We can have one of our Scoopers on site to serve up several of our delicious flavors. We can also work with you to provide ready to go, pre-scooped cups, ice cream sandwiches, or custom cakes.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions at events?
Absolutely. Our catering options include dairy-free, vegan, and allergy-aware choices so all guests can enjoy our artisan ice cream.
